MTHelmets-MSi faces its second season in the World Championship with strong motivation

MTHelmets-MSi – PORTUGUESE GP PREVIEW

This weekend will be the start of the 2023 Moto3 World Championship season, where Oxford-backed MTHelmets-MSi is ready to fight in its second year, with new illusions, and after having carried out some very positive pre-season tests..

Last weekend, from the 17th to the 19th of March, the official tests took place in Portimao, where Diogo Moreira proved to be one of the strongest riders on the Moto3 grid and Syaryfuddin Azman adapted very well to his KTM.

Diogo was one of the fastest riders in the test, topping the standings on the second day of his development, setting a time of 1'48.353. On the third day the times were down on the previous day, finally the Brazilian rider was in the top 10 overall.
This season Moreira has an even clearer line of work than in 2022; he is counting on being one of the fastest and his very strong work capacity is waiting for him to have a dream season together with MTHelmets-MSi.

Syarifuddin Azman "Damok", for his part, starts his career in the Moto3 World Championship with a lot of enthusiasm and this has been evident in the tests at Portimao. In each of the sessions, the Malaysian rider made a step forward on his KTM, with 1'47.778 being his best lap time and also placing him in the Top10 of the standings.

Friday 24th March will be the free practice day: FP1 from 9:00 to 9:35hrs and FP2 from 13:15 to 13:50hrs (GMT). The forecast for the whole weekend is for dry conditions and temperatures are expected to reach a maximum of 23 degrees.

MTHelmets-MSi and its riders, Moreira and Azman, will start the first Grand Prix of the season with the same idea and guideline as always: effort, motivation and enthusiasm.
