Dear Customer,
 
We have become aware of a potential manufacturing fault in one of our products and, following a full and detailed risk assessment, are issuing this recall notice relating to all sizes/leg lengths and batches of:

PLEASE NOTE: this does NOT affect any other model of Oxford Legging, of which there are several.

We are requesting that any retailers who sell or have sold this product:

• remove stock immediately from sale.
• If possible, urgently contact all customers who have bought this product and urge them to stop using it with immediate effect and return it to the shop for a full refund.
• maintain full records of those returns, including customer details for any necessary follow-up.
• box up and seal the returned items and label “quarantined stock for return to OXFORD”.
• liaise with their Area Sales Manager to manage the onward returns process. 

A public recall notice will be placed in Motorcycle News and on our website. Links to this will be shared via major social media platforms and shared with all media partners.
