Location: Oxfordshire,GB
Salary: Competitive salary + monthly bonus after probation + contributory pension scheme + benefits

Working within our busy Purchasing Department, you will be assisting in the day-to-day administration of our entire product range of motorcycle and bicycle accessories.

 

The ideal candidate should be well organised, have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and possess good attention to detail

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Placing new Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers for current Orders

  • Updating supplier and product details within our ERP System

  • Updating shipping and delivery schedules

  • Administration of deliveries and stock movements on our accounting system

  • Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples to and from suppliers via various couriers

  • Organisation of supplier and customs paperwork

 

Skills and Organisation:

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail

  • Have a proven ability to work to deadlines in an efficient manner

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues throughout the business

  • A flexible approach to tasks and adaptable to change

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word and Excel)

 

The role is varied but heavily admin-based, with excellent prospects for progression for the right candidate.
